Payment & Insurance

Fees are due at the time of service. Payment is accepted by e-transfer or credit card.

Psychological services are not covered by BC MSP (Medical Services Plan). However, many extended health benefit plans include coverage for registered psychologists. Please check with your insurance provider regarding your coverage.

Receipts are provided for all services and can be submitted to your insurance provider or used for income tax purposes.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
